Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Stuffed Cup Cakes

Yes...you read that correctly.  I had no idea that these even existed.  So obviously I HAD to make them.  I love baking new things.  This one was a favorite and one I will bake them again.  First off, I have to give props to The Girl Who Ate Everything. If it was not for her amazing blog, I would have never found these delish treats.    The cool thing about them is that she has perfected a cookie dough recipe that does not use egg, so you are not eating raw egg for dessert.  Are they good?  YUM-O!!  No joke, I L-O-V-E-D them!!  This will be the only treat I bake from now on for bake sales and class parties and other fun events that call for home baked goodies.  Delish! Delish! Delish!!!  Just blogging about them makes me want to bake them again.  So here they are.  My finished yum-o treats!

Stuffing the Cup Cakes

Just the right amount.  Too much is NOT a good thing.

I love the mini Chocolate Chip garnish

It is just so pretty

Dad's Quest for an iPad 2

We thought that we could just walk into a Mac store and buy the new iPad 2.  Our hopes were high and we were confident.

The girls were also confident.

They like the Mac store for its children's area.

Dad likes it for the other areas.

But, after waiting for a little bit, the Apple guys told us that there would be no iPad's delivered that day.  Bummer.

I got an idea!!!  Let's order ours online.

So we should receive it in about 3 months.  Way to prepare iGuys.

How The Villa's are Saving Money on Gas

We are slowly moving from the car to the bike.  In order for this to happen, I had to find bikes for a family of 7.  Plus a child seat and a trailer.  Was I successful?  YES!  I love Craigslist.  I found 2 bikes for a great price.  And Wallmart, well Wallmart is just fabulous isn't it!  I got an awesome WeeRider child seat and a bike trailer for under $80.  Yay me!  So now, the Villa family is using the car less and becoming much more active.  I like this.  It is fun to see Brooklyn race through the community on her little bike.  She has no fear of anything on that bike.  I really wish she would learn to use the brakes.  I can't take the crash stops much more.  My goal before summer is to have Jacque and Brook off training wheels.  That will ROCK!  So, happy biking friends.

Sutton is not sure what she thinks of the child seat.

Not too happy here.

Jacquelynn's first bike!!!

I think the seat is a little too high Jossy.

Brooklyn loved the child seat more then her new bike at first, but that has since changed.

A Someday Organizer.

Someday, I will have a home of order.
Someday I will have beautiful chore charts that all my little ones follow without question.
Someday I will have dinners planned out a week in advanced.
Someday I will have my children's outfits for the week picked out and put in a special box that is easily accessible.
Someday I will get on a regularly scheduled exercise program.
Someday all of my makeup will be put on magnets and hung on my bathroom wall, uncluttered.
Someday I will have my children's schedule all mapped out for me to see.
Someday I will have laundry completely done and put away on laundry day.
Someday I will have regularly scheduled Temple Days.
Someday I will have regularly scheduled Date Nights.
Someday, oh someday, I will be in control of my life.
But for now, I will work towards someday and enjoy the chaos I have now.
